When I search for a company or position, I am offered hundreds of search final results, all related to various positions inside the firm I am searching. That being stated, I do see value in Glassdoor and really think it is very differentiated from LinkedIn. Though LinkedIn appears to be much more about connecting people today, Glassdoor is far more like Yelp and provides evaluations of what it is like to work for a business and what 1 can count on (in terms of pay, culture, and so on.).
